Doc Brown Farm & Distillers is a family business operated from our farm in Senoia, Georgia. We love working in the fields and feeling the earth in our hands. It ain’t always easy, but it sure is worth it!
We’re proud to be Georgia’s only seed-to-still distillery. Our Jimmy Red Corn, our rye, our wheat, our water, our barrels – they’re all from Georgia and everything we do to make our spirits takes place right here in the state.
On the farm we grow Jimmy Red Corn, an heirloom stock from the Old South that almost died out in the 1920s. By bringing it back we’re able to make straight bourbon whiskey that tastes like it did before Prohibition.
Food straight from the farm is always fresher and tastier, and the same applies to grain grown for bourbon. Here at Doc Brown farm we follow an all-natural approach, work with like-minded suppliers and only use fresh, sustainably-grown ingredients…
Two of our three founders are boss ladies and here at Doc Brown Farm we think whiskey is a drink for women just as much as for men. We raise our glasses to all the strong women in distilling – past, present and future.
