Doc Brown Farm & Distillers is a family business operated from our farm in Senoia, Georgia. We love working in the fields and feeling the earth in our hands. It ain’t always easy, but it sure is worth it!

We’re proud to be Georgia’s only seed-to-still distillery. Our Jimmy Red Corn, our rye, our wheat, our water, our barrels – they’re all from Georgia and everything we do to make our spirits takes place right here in the state.

Jimmy Red Corn

On the farm we grow Jimmy Red Corn, an heirloom stock from the Old South that almost died out in the 1920s. By bringing it back we’re able to make straight bourbon whiskey that tastes like it did before Prohibition.
